Our Team

Morgan Moore

Morgan Moore has over a decade of experience in philanthropic and nonprofit program development and management. Prior to consulting, Morgan designed and implemented multimillion-dollar grantmaking programs for the California Community Foundation and the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. She has worked at nonprofit organizations with a wide range of focus areas including the American Red Cross, St. Anthony Foundation, and the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).

Ellen Snyder

Ellen Snyder brings broad-based consulting experience, having worked closely with nonprofit clients on issues pertaining to fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and program planning. She has worked at consulting firms focused on organizational development, executive search, and executive development including Koya Leadership Partners, Draper Consulting Group, and the Center for Corporate Innovation. Ellen also has a background in academia and taught at numerous universities prior to consulting.

Erica Moore

Erica Moore has built her career in nonprofit consulting, fundraising, capacity building, philanthropic program design, and strategic planning. Erica brings six years of experience as a consultant supporting a diverse mix of LA-based foundation and nonprofit clients focused on increasing revenue, deepening impact, and promoting sustainability. Additionally, she has led institutional development teams for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), and Venice Arts.
